Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 45-75 years old, male or female, voluntarily signed the informed consent form; 2.AD diagnostic criteria are the guidelines for diagnostic criteria for Alzheimer's disease, known as the NIA-AA diagnostic criteria, published by the National Institute on Aging and the National Institute on Aging-Alzheimer's Association (NIA-AA) in 2024; 3. The diagnostic criteria for MCI are based on the diagnostic criteria in the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Alzheimer's Pathogenic Mild Cognitive Impairment 2024 issued by the Dementia and Cognitive Impairment Group of the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association; 4. The diagnostic criteria for DLB use the diagnostic criteria for DLB in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Dementia with Lewy bodies published by the Chinese Journal of Geriatrics in 2021; 5. The diagnostic criteria for FTD are the diagnostic criteria revised by Barker MS and others in 2022 on the basis of the International Behavioural Variant FTD Criteria Consortium (FTDC). 6. The diagnostic criteria for PD are the relevant criteria specified by the International Movement Disorder Society in 2015; 7. iRBD is diagnosed according to polysomnography (PSG) and clinical manifestations, according to the criteria of the International Classification of Sleep Disorders-3; 8. The diagnostic criteria for MSA are according to the 2022 International Movement Disorder Society MSA Diagnostic Guidelines; 9. The diagnostic criteria for PSP are according to the 2017 International Movement Disorder Society PSP Diagnostic Guidelines;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who are repeatedly enrolled; 2. Subjects suffer from severe unstable systemic diseases or organ failure that make it difficult to participate in the study, such as advanced cancer, etc.; 3. There is no complete past medical history to trace, so it is impossible to extract specific information about the condition, such as age of onset, past medical history and family history, etc.; 4. History of brain surgery/traumatic brain injury/major vascular disease (stroke) in the brain; 5. History of serious other neurological diseases (such as encephalitis, central nervous demyelinating disease, etc.); 6. Have metal implants and cannot tolerate MRI; 7. Rheumatic immune diseases and other acute and chronic inflammation; 8. Alcohol or drug dependence;
