60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >=60 years; (2) Resided in this community for >=6 months; (3) Able to complete physical measurements, cognitive assessment, and questionnaire; (4) Voluntarily participates and signs informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Inability to cooperate with or complete key assessments (severe visual/auditory/speech impairments, or severe cognitive impairment rendering assessment impossible); (2) Acute or unstable critical conditions: acute stroke/myocardial infarction within the past 3 months, hospitalisation-requiring/uncontrolled severe arrhythmia, decompensated heart failure, acute exacerbation of COPD, hypertensive crisis requiring urgent intervention, etc.; (3) Continuous use within the preceding 4 weeks of centrally acting drugs significantly affecting cognition (e.g., antipsychotics, benzodiazepines, high-dose glucocorticoids); (4) Participants deemed unsuitable by the investigator.
