Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients over 18 years old with atrophic acne scars and facial symmetry, who are able to understand and voluntarily sign a written informed consent form, and can complete treatment and follow-up as required.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of keloid disease; 2. History of oral retinoic acid, facial injections and fillers, chemical peeling, microneedling, dermabrasion and other energy device treatments for acne scars within 6 months prior to and during treatment; 3. History of photosensitivity and currently taking photosensitive medications; 4. History of allergy to lidocaine; 5. Coagulation dysfunction; 6. Impaired immune function (HIV positive or those who have taken oral corticosteroids or immunosuppressants within 3 months prior to treatment); 7. Patients with malignant tumors on the face; 8. Pregnant and breastfeeding women; 9. Active acne, specific dermatitis or bacterial/viral infections on the face; 10. Patients with mental illness.
