Lateral head position group:the supine head-lateral position group: during the perioperative period, keep the patients head tilted to the left or right
Head Mid-position Group:the supine head-straight position group: during the perioperative period, keep the patients head upright
Adjustable headrest assembly:the adjustable headrest group: placing an adjustable pillows on the patients head to align the patients external auditory canal horizontally with the sternum

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20 to 50; 2. ASA classification I; 3. Planned to undergo dilation and curettage under general anesthesia; 4. Meets the criteria for overweight (BMI greater than 24) and obesity (BMI greater than 28).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal lung function or respiratory system abnormalities; 2. History of cervical spondylosis; 3. Respiratory tract obstruction or deformities; 4. History of mental illness.
