Experimental group:The intervention group receives a dry weight management model based on the Behavior Change Wheel (BCW) theory, including multi-dimensional strategies such as education, motivation,
Control group:Control group receives conventional treatment.
Cross-sectional study:No intervention, based on machine leaning, develop an prediction model for dry weight in maintenance hemodialysis patients.

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Chronic kidney disease stage 5D (eGFR calculated using the MDRD formula = 18 years; 4.Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Malignant tumors affecting survival, symptomatic cardiopulmonary diseases, musculoskeletal system deformities, or motor function disorders; 2.Poor compliance, unable to adhere to the treatment protocol; 3.Participation in other studies;9 4.Significant disabilities or mental illnesses; 5.Unable to cooperate with investigators.
