Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.No history of neuromuscular or musculoskeletal disorders; 2. >=2 years of structured resistance training experience; 3. Self-reported good health status.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Current tobacco users; 2.Self-reported caffeine hypersensitivity.
