65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years, with radiologically confirmed femoral neck fracture or intertrochanteric femoral fracture. 2. No significant contraindications for surgery. 3. Patient provides informed consent and agrees to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe underlying diseases, such as uncontrolled cardiovascular conditions or severe hepatic or renal insufficiency. 2. Psychiatric disorders, epilepsy, or other neurological diseases. 3. Participation in other clinical trials or studies within the recent period. 4. Poor ability to perform activities of daily living, unable to comply with study requirements. 5. Pathological cause of fracture, such as fractures resulting from tumors or metabolic diseases.
