Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for AD in ICD-10; 2. The severity of dementia is mild to moderate (MMSE: 10~26); 3. The patient has at least one psychobehavioral symptom; 4. Voluntary participation or participation in this study with the consent of family members.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude those with serious diseases of heart, liver, kidneys and other important organs; 2. Exclude other causes of dementia, such as vascular dementia, hypothyroidism, vitamin B or folic acid deficiency, niacin deficiency, hypocalcemia, neurosyphilis, HIV infection; 3. Exclude previous mental disorders such as depression, schizophrenia, etc.; 4. Exclude those who cannot complete the examination.
