18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Imaging and physical examination confirmed ACL injury; 2.Age 18 - 45; 3.Non-contact ACL injury; 4.Body mass index not greater than 30; 5.No visual or vestibular dysfunction; 6.Volunteer to participate in the study and sign informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined fracture, posterior cruciate ligament injury, medial and lateral collateral ligament injury requiring surgical repair; 2.ACL revision patients; 3.The injury time is less than 4 weeks and the movement of going up and down stairs cannot be completed independently; 4.Combined with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, nervous system, lumbar spine and other serious diseases; 5.Poor patient or family compliance, unable to complete due tests; 6.Previous knee surgery, exercise intolerance;
