Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Hospitalized at Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University or Xiangyang Central Hospital between January 2016 and December 2023; 2.Pathologically confirmed lung cancer patients; 3.Treated with at least one cycle of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor monotherapy or combination therapy; 4.Availability of baseline chest CT images and tumor pathological H&E slides;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unavailable imaging data at the time of checkpoint inhibitor pneumonitis diagnosis; 2.Lack of clinical follow-up; 3.Patients with missing baseline chest CT images or tumor pathological H&E slides; 4.Other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by investigators;
