Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Single birth, full-term pregnancy delivery, and vaginal trial delivery indication; 2. Improved relevant information; 3. Knowledge about the research plan and obtain informed consent; 4. Voluntary request for labor analgesia; 5. The American Society of Anesthesiologists is classified into grades I-II; 6. Ages 18 to 45 years old;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People suffering from various pregnancy complications; 2. People with contraindications for the drugs used in this study; 3. People with allergic constitution; 4. Those who have failed the analgesic pump and accidentally disengaged the epidural catheter during labor analgesia; 5. People suffering from mental illness; 6. People with liver, lung, kidney and other organ dysfunction; 7. People suffering from infectious diseases; 8. People with contraindications for vaginal delivery; 9. People with abnormal situations such as umbilical cord wrap around the neck or fetal position are not correct;
