40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with stroke through imaging examination, meeting the diagnostic criteria approved at the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases; 2. Age range of 40 to 70 years; 3. Sitting balance >= Level 2, and Trunk Impairment Scale (TIS) score between 6 to 17 points; 4. Disease course >= 2 weeks, with stable vital signs; 5. No severe cognitive impairment, Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score >= 23 points; 6. Agreement to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with general conditions, unstable vital signs, or unstable cognitive function; 2. Patients with severe coronary heart disease, heart failure, and unstable angina pectoris, or other cardiopulmonary dysfunctions; 3. Patients with conditions preventing the completion of trunk movements, such as ankylosing spondylitis, severe low back pain, or spinal compression fractures; 4. Patients who have recently participated in similar clinical trials or withdrew from them halfway.
