Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients: 1. Patients diagnosed with malignant tumors confirmed through histological or cytological diagnosis, classified as stage IV (advanced) according to TNM staging, and receiving chemotherapy; 2. Aware of their own condition; no cognitive impairments, and possess the ability to understand and express language; 3. Willing to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for caregivers: 1. Spouses of the patients, married for at least 1 year; 2. Have the primary caregiving responsibility for the patient, with a total caregiving time exceeding 72 hours; 3. Willing to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form; 4. Fully conscious and capable of correctly expressing their wishes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients: Participants currently involved in other psychosocial studies; currently receiving psychiatric or psychological treatment. Exclusion criteria for caregivers: Individuals with their own mental health disorders, intellectual disabilities, or severe organic diseases.
