Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18–89 years; 2. ICU stay exceeding 14 days, with persistent organ dysfunction on day 14 (cardiovascular Sequential Organ Failure Assessment (SOFA) score >=1 or any other organ system score >=2); 3. Patient's family members voluntarily agree and are fully informed, signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Various diseases are terminal. 2.Incomplete medical records.
