Interventions

pre-brushing floss group:Perform flossing 1 min, followed by 2 mins full-mouth toothbrushing procedure
mid-brushing floss group:Execute 1 min full-mouth toothbrushing, then perform 1 min flossing, concluding with an additional 1 min full-mouth toothbrushing.
post-brushing floss group:Perform 2 mins full-mouth toothbrushing, followed by 1 min flossing.

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gingival healthy or gingivitis. 2. >=20 teeth for plaque counting. 3. No antibiotics in the past month. 4. No medications affecting salivary flow. 5. No fluoride mouthwash in the past two weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dental cleaning within six months. 2. Orthodontic appliances or full-mouth retainers. 3. Periodontitis.
