Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria of endometrial polyps,atypical endometrial hyperplasia, and endometrial cancer; 2.Reconfirmed by two experienced pathologists; 3.The patient's postoperative paraffin specimens and the patient's personal information were completely preserved; 4.The patient not received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy before obtaining the patient's surgical tissue sample.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Missing pathological data; 2.Patients with primary tumors in other sites; 3.Immune dysfunction; 4.Patients with other major systemic disease
