Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients after thoracic surgery (lung cancer, esophageal cancer, mediastinal tumor, etc.), age >=18 years. 2. Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe cardiovascular liver and kidney diseases or mental disorders. 2. Long-term hospitalization or transfer to ICU treatment after surgery. 3. Participated in relevant clinical researchers in the past 3 months. 4. Those who voluntarily withdraw and the subjects have poor compliance.
