Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part One: Expert Selection Criteria for Delphi Expert Consultation Method 1. Experts with senior experience in specialized nursing for head and neck surgery, clinical nursing, and clinical management; 2. Experts holding intermediate-level or above professional titles with at least 10 years of experience in the relevant field; 3. Experts familiar with the subject matter covered by this study; 4. Experts voluntarily agreeing to participate in the consultation. Part Two: Randomized Controlled Study on the Intervention Effect of a Discharge Preparation Service Program Based on Dual-Disease Management Theory on Post-Discharge Readiness for Head and Neck Cancer Patients After Surgery Patient Inclusion Criteria: 1. Diagnosed according to clinical guidelines for malignant head and neck tumors and having undergone radical surgery for malignant head and neck tumors; 2. Undergone no more than 3 cycles of chemotherapy; 3. Estimated life expectancy of at least 6 months; 4. Age >= 18 years; 5. Provided informed consent and voluntarily agreed to participate in the study; 6. Education level: at least elementary school education. Caregiver Inclusion Criteria: 1. Spouse or family member serving as the primary caregiver; 2. Provided informed consent and voluntarily agreed to participate in the study; 3. Education level: at least elementary school education.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Part One: Expert Exclusion Criteria for Delphi Expert Consultation Method 1. Experts unable to complete the consultation rounds; 2. Experts indicating unfamiliarity with all items in the first-round consultation. Part Two: Randomized Controlled Study on the Intervention Effect of a Discharge Preparation Service Program Based on Dual-Disease Management Theory on Post-Discharge Readiness for Head and Neck Cancer Patients After Surgery Patient Exclusion Criteria: 1. Presence of communication difficulties or mental disorders; 2. Presence of severe organ damage; 3. Unaware of their diagnosis. Caregiver Exclusion Criteria: Presence of communication difficulties or mental disorders.
