Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 60-85 years old; 2. ASA grade II.-III; 3. The operation time is about 2-4h; 4. Patients with spinal diseases requiring surgical treatment; 5. Informed consent of the patient, in line with medical ethics

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with congenital intellectual disability or cognitive impairment; 2. Patients who have undergone surgical treatment or glaucoma in both eyes; 3. Patients with mental illness; 4. Patients with a history of long-term drinking; 5. Patients who have been using psychotropic drugs for a long time; 6. Patients with speech disorders before surgery; 7. Basic element disorders in the patient's body; 8. Patients with severe anemia symptoms; 9. Previous history of cerebrovascular disease.
