Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stable vital signs and stable spine, and the subject is suitable for exercise testing. 2. Patients with spinal cord injury (SCI) who meet the 2019 revised international diagnostic criteria for spinal cord injury neurology of the American Spinal Cord Injury Association (ASIA) and confirmed by CT or MRI. 3. Spinal cord injury segment C5-T12, and ASIA grade A-C. 4. The duration of the disease <=12 months (but the spinal shock period has passed). 5. Age 18-75 years old, regardless of gender. 6. Good cognitive function, able to understand and actively cooperate with this training program, and voluntarily sign the informed consent form for this clinical trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are complicated with tumors, tuberculosis, hematological diseases, or dysfunction of important organs such as heart and liver; 2. Those with unstable fractures; 3. Accompanied by severe limb muscle dystonia and joint contracture deformity; 4. Those who cannot tolerate activities due to severe pain; 5. Those who have serious emotional problems and cannot cooperate with the completion of the whole research process.
