Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years or older; 2. The upper eyelid margin is at or above the corneal limbus when looking straight ahead (MLD1=0mm), or the difference in the distance from the upper eyelid margin to the corneal reflection (MRD1) of the affected eye and the contralateral eye is >=1mm; 3. Abnormal thyroid function indicators (T3, T4, FT3, FT4, TSH) or elevated TRAB. In the case of bilateral involvement, select the eye with the more severe condition to enter the group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exophthalmos greater than 20mm, accompanied by strabismus or restrictive eye movement disorders, combined with optic nerve compression; 2. Use of glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, or biological agents systemically or locally within 3 months before treatment; 3. Local botulinum toxin injection within the past six months; 4. After orbital decompression surgery; 5. After orbital radiotherapy; 6. Contralateral eye accompanied by severe myasthenia gravis type.
