Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Maintenance haemodialysis patients treated at the haemodialysis centre of West China Hospital of Sichuan University; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Maintenance haemodialysis for more than 3 months (2-3 dialyses/week) and plan to continue maintenance dialysis treatment during the study period; 4. Normal cognitive thinking and clear speech; 5.Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Heart disease or pacemaker placement; neurological defects or mental illness; inability to co-operate with the investigation; 2. Malignant tumours affecting the survival period, and those who are physically disabled and cannot walk independently; 3.Poor compliance and inability to follow the programme; 4.Participation in other researchers.
