Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients were diagnosed using diagnostic criteria that combine typical clinical presentations with electrophysiological examinations: acute or subacute onset, characterized by proximal pain in one upper limb, followed by muscle weakness; primarily motor impairment with mild sensory loss; physical examination may reveal reduced muscle strength in the affected limb, diminished or absent tendon reflexes, and/or muscle atrophy. Neurophysiological tests indicate nerve injury from the brachial plexus.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Excluding shoulder and elbow joint lesions, multifocal motor neuropathy, chronic inflammatory demyelinating radiculoneuropathy, polyneuropathy (such as vasculitic neuropathy) and neuronal lesions, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, motor neuron disease, Phalen's disease, thoracic outlet syndrome, malignant tumor invasion of the brachial plexus, hereditary pressure-sensitive peripheral neuropathy, etc.
