Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) MAFLD diagnosis aligned with the latest international expert consensus, defined as hepatic steatosis confirmed by abdominal ultrasound, combined with overweight/obesity, type 2 diabetes, or metabolic syndrome. (2) Age 18–65 years. (3) Body mass index (BMI) =24 kg/m². (4) Proficiency in smartphone use. (5) Willingness to participate, adhere to follow-up protocols, and provide signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) History of viral hepatitis, cirrhosis, or hepatocellular carcinoma. (2) Pregnancy or lactation. (3) Major cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, severe renal/hepatic dysfunction, or malignancies. (4) Severe respiratory, cardiac, or neurological conditions incompatible with dietary/exercise interventions or requiring alternative therapies. (5) Diagnosed psychiatric disorders (e.g., anxiety, depression). (6) Other factors deemed unsuitable by investigators.
