13 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 13-25; 2. Hamilton Depression Scale (17 items) > 7 points or Self-Rating Depression Scale > 52 points; 3. Able to understand and read Chinese, and can cooperate to complete the research; 4. Able to use a smartphone; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe mental illnesses such as obsessive-compulsive disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and mental retardation; 2. Accompanied by dangerous behaviors such as hurting others, self-harm, and suicide; 3. Currently receiving long-term group psychotherapy or electroconvulsive therapy.
