Control group:Drink 200ml of water three times a day for 4 weeks
Test Group:Commercially available Ginkgo biloba extract (Qingdao Dadong Food Co., LTD., Qingdao) was administered 20ml three times a day for four weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male 2. Age 18-25 3. Have long-term exercise habits for 3 years or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Taking any medication or supplement (such as stimulants) that interferes with study measures within 3 months; 2. Having a congenital heart disease or chronic metabolic disorder; 3. Having any physical abnormalities.
