Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 6-8 years old, gender is not limited 2. Total intelligence quotient (FSIQ) >=90 (Wechsler Children's Intelligence Scale IV, WISC-IV) 3. Meet DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for ADHD (combined or attention-deficit/hyperactive-impulsive) 4. The diagnosis was independently confirmed by >=2 pediatric neurodevelopmental specialists 5. Discontinuation of ADHD medication >=4 weeks before enrollment, commitment not to take ADHD medication during the study 6. Have basic motor skills (can complete running, jumping and other movements) 7. Parents/legal guardians sign written informed consent 8. Parents can cooperate with the completion of SNAP-IV, BRIEF and other scale assessments
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined autism spectrum disorder (ASD), intellectual disability (ID), or specific learning disability (LD) 2. Tourette syndrome, history of epilepsy, or seizures within the past 1 year 3. Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or current suicide risk (C-SSRS score in the past month >= 2) 4. Untreated post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or major depression (Child Depression Scale CDI >= 20, clinical cut-off score) 5. Cardiopulmonary insufficiency (such as congenital heart disease, acute asthma attack) 6. Metabolic diseases (such as uncontrolled diabetes, hyperthyroidism) 7. Skeletal muscle injury affecting sports participation (such as unhealed fractures) 8. Progressive neuromuscular disease (such as muscular dystrophy) 9. Color blindness/severe visual impairment (affecting participation in Stroop quizzes or exercise training) 10. Angle-closure glaucoma 11. Contraindications to MRI (metal implants in the body, claustrophobia) 12. Receiving behavioral treatment for ADHD (such as CBT) for ADHD in the past 2 months 13. Current participation in other clinical trials
