Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ESRD who meet the diagnostic dialysis criteria of KDIGO 2020 guidelines; The core criteria of the KDIGO 2020 guidelines include: (1) severe renal dysfunction (CKD stage 5, GFR < 15 mL/min/1.73m^2); (2) Uremia-related symptoms or complications. (3) Uncontrollable metabolic disorders or volume overload; Deterioration of nutrition or severe decrease in quality of life. 2.18<=age<=75 years; 3. Have clear awareness, normal communication skills, and be able to cooperate with the completion of the investigation; 4. The condition is relatively stable without serious complications; 5. No change of dialysis location or long-term outing plan during the intervention period; 6. Informed consent to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Patients with mental illness; 3. Participate in other studies at the same time; 4. Patients with 0 points on the hemodialysis survival distress scale.
