Intervention group:Artificial Intelligence-based Health Education Accurately Linking System (AI-HEALS) Intervention
Control group:Accept routine outpatient education and consultation, mainly including medication guidance, lifestyle guidance, and emotional management.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for primary hypertension; 2. Medication duration >= 2 weeks; 3. Age >= 18 and <= 59 years old; 4. Local permanent residents (annual travel time <= 1 month); 5. Proficient in using applications such as smartphones and WeChat; 6. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients currently participating in other similar studies; 2. Secondary hypertension patients and hypertension patients with other dangerous diseases (stage 3 hypertensive kidney damage, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hyperhomocysteinemia and other high-risk factors); 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Individuals with communication barriers, severe complications, or other serious physical illnesses; 5. Other reasons considered unsuitable for participation.
