Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18–25 years old, in good health, no neurological or musculoskeletal disease; 2. At least 3 consecutive years of systematic tennis special training experience; 3. Confirmed by isokinetic muscle strength test that there is significant upper limb strength asymmetry; 4. At least 1 year of resistance training experience; 5. No history of serious sports injuries or upper limb surgery in the past 6 months; 6. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 7. No allergic or maladaptive reaction to magnetic stimulation devices.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with pacemakers or any metal implants; 2. Presence of chronic diseases, neurological disorders, or severe sleep problems; 3. Unable to cooperate with training and testing arrangements during the study; 4. Those who are allergic or have severe discomfort to electromagnetic stimulation; 5. Female volunteers are not included in this study.
