Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for ICU patients: (1) length of ICU stay >=1 week; (2) age >=18 years old; (3) first admission to ICU; 2. Inclusion criteria of primary caregivers: (1) Informed consent to participate in the study; (2) age >=18 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. ICU Patients: (1) Mortality during ICU stay or voluntary discharge against medical advice (indicating treatment withdrawal); (2) ICU length of stay < 7 days; 2. Primary Caregivers: (1) Presence of cognitive or behavioral impairments that preclude normal communication; (2) Current or historical diagnosis of psychiatric disorders (such as anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder, or severe psychological conditions); (3) Concurrent participation in other clinical studies that may confound research outcomes; (4) Inability to complete standardized assessment instruments.
