Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with TAAD who are going to surgery in participant organizations and those recruited in a later stage; 2. patients with TAAD who join the postoperative look-up in participant organizations and those recruited in a later stage.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refused to participate in this study without signing the informed consent.
