Type A Aortic dissection

Interventions

Dexmedetomidine group:Before induction of anesthesia, saline was pumped in equal volumes until rewarming, and after induction of anesthesia, dexmedetomidine 0.5ug/kg was pumped until rewarming.
Esmolol group:Esmolol was pumped at 0.03 mg/kg.min before induction of anesthesia until rewarming, and after induction of anesthesia dexmedetomidine 0.5ug/kg was pumped until rewarming

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-70 years 2. clinically diagnosed with type A aortic coarctation 3. undergoing surgical treatment 4. aware of the process of the study and agreeing to participate, signing the relevant informed consent and other documents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. intraoperative combination of other organs surgery; 2. pregnancy; 3. history of contraindication to anesthesia drugs; 4. recent use of glucocorticoids or other drugs affecting the inflammatory response; 5. combination of hematologic disorders or coagulation abnormality; 6. combination of severe hepatic and renal impairment; 7. combination of infectious diseases; 8. patients with II, III degree atrioventricular conduction block; 9. severe sinus bradycardia; 10. bronchial asthma
