Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 3 to 14 years old; 2. Hospitalized children who need arterial blood gas analysis; 3. Negative Allen test; 4. Parents/guardians sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The radial artery cannot be clearly palpable; 2. The designated nurse is not on duty; 3. Infection, trauma or anatomical abnormalities at the puncture site; 4. Coagulation dysfunction (INR >1.5 or platelet < 50×10^9/L); 5. Emergency rescue is required and cannot cooperate with the operation.
