Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult athletes between the ages of 18 and 25; 2. Elite athletes in the International Classification of Athlete Subjects; 3. At least five years of experience in sanda, able to independently complete whipping leg and straight punch movements; 4. Be in good health, with no history of major illnesses or long-term health problems affecting athletic performance; 5. Able to adhere to the prescribed training plan during the study period, ensuring that all measurements and training sessions are taken on time; 6. Have not received any training intervention related to vision or whip leg and straight punch speed in the last three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lower extremities or other serious sports injuries (such as ligament tears, fractures, etc.) that affect basketball and rugby training in the past three months; 2. Visual impairment (such as color blindness, narrow visual field, etc.) or balance system disease (such as inner ear disease, vertigo, etc.) that affect the effect of strobe training; 3. Use of drugs (such as steroids, antidepressants, etc.) or functional supplements that may affect exercise capacity in the past three months; 4. It is forbidden to take stimulant substances during the study, such as caffeine or other substances that may affect cognition and reaction ability (such as energy drinks, stimulants, etc.); 5. Have mental or mental health problems that affect training adherence, such as severe anxiety, depression, or schizophrenia; 6. Those who have allergic reactions to any part of the equipment or instruments used in the experimental process (such as force measuring tables, motion capture equipment, electromyographic equipment); 7. Participants who have a significant fear of the experimental environment or operation, which makes it impossible to conduct the test smoothly; 8. Participants who show any symptoms of infection or obvious signs of fatigue on the test day will be excluded to avoid physical condition affecting the test results.
