Histopathological evidence of fungal infection (e.g., hyphae or yeast forms on tissue biopsy). ??Imaging Requirements:?? High-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) of the chest performed ??within 72 hours before treatment initiation??, with: Slice thickness ??= 5 mm??. ??Clinical Data:?? Complete ??immunological status?? documentation, including: HIV infection status and ??CD4+ T-cell count?? (if applicable), History of ??organ transplantation??, Use of ??immunosuppressive agents??.
