Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for septicemia group: 1. Infants aged>28 days to 28 days to 28 days to <=14 years; 2. No infection manifestations or evidence at admission and during hospitalization; 3. Prioritize healthy children (before pediatric elective minor surgeries,e.g.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infants <=28 days and children over 14 years old.
