Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis and underwent PSS; 2. That the patient is >= 4 and <= 18 years of age; 3. The patient does not have any haematological disorders; 4. Patients and guardians agreed to participate in the study and signed the relevant informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient is allergic to TXA; 2. Patient has hepatic and renal insufficiency; 3. Patient has a history of thrombosis; 4. Patient's age 18 years old; 5. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular and other underlying diseases not suitable for surgery; 6. Those with intraoperative dural injuries that produce cerebrospinal fluid leakage; 7. Patients and guardians refused to participate in this study.
