Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18~90 years old; 2. Artificial intravascular fistula is a permanent dialysis access; 3. Artificial intravascular fistula is loop type; 4. The diagnosis of thrombosis in the whole process of artificial intravascular fistula was clear, and the time from diagnosis to operation was <=7 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence or high suspicion of infection in artificial blood vessels; 2. There is a right-to-left shunt in the heart structure; 3. Color Doppler ultrasound showed complete occlusion of the venous outflow tract of the artificial blood vessel and the luminal structure disappeared; 4. Color Doppler ultrasound showed that the prosthetic vascular thrombus continued to the subclavian vein; 5. Patients with clinically suspicious central venous stenosis; 6. Severe liver disease or coagulation dysfunction; 7. Those who have active bleeding from other parts in the past 2 weeks; 8. Suspected or confirmed allergy to contrast media; 9. Refusal to sign informed consent.
