Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed as PACG or PACS according to the PAC classification system proposed by the International Society for Geographical and Epidemiological Ophthalmology (ISGEO). 2.Normal control subjects were defined as individuals without prior intraocular surgery, with normal intraocular pressure (IOP < 21 mmHg), open angles (=270°) on static or dynamic gonioscopy, no retinal or optic nerve damage, and no family history of glaucoma. 3.with normal cognitive function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.corneal diseases or individuals with inability to cooperate during examinations. 2.Individuals using medications known to affect visual acuity, intraocular pressure, or pupil size. 3.Individuals with a history of ocular trauma, lens subluxation, intraocular surgery, or other conditions resulting in secondary angle closure.
