Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) It met the diagnostic criteria of depression in the international classification of diseases (10th Edition) (ICD-10); (2) Be able to understand relevant research contents by themselves or under the guidance of staff; (3) According to the WHO youth age definition and China's youth age definition, the age of the subjects selected in this study is 10-19 years old; (4) The drug treatment was stable, that is, the drug treatment did not change during the study; (5) Patients and guardians voluntarily participated in the study with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Other mental disorders such as mental retardation, autism spectrum disorder, stereotyped movement disorder with self injury, etc; (2) Previous or current serious physical illness; (3) Other psychotherapy or non convulsive electroconvulsive therapy has been carried out in the past six months or currently.
