Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range: 20-75 years old; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-II; Patients with body mass index (BMI) ranging from 18.0 kg/m^2 to 27.9 kg/m^2 who have obtained informed consent to undergo elective single port thoracoscopic radical resection for lung cancer in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Renal dysfunction, thyroid dysfunction, allergy to ropivacaine and iodixanol, coagulation dysfunction, history of spinal deformities, fractures, trauma or surgery, history of thoracic aortic aneurysm, conversion to thoracotomy during surgery, severe thoracic adhesions, chronic chest wall pain or long-term use of painkillers.
