Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing both painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy simultaneously; 2. Patients with an ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) physical status classification of I - II;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heart rate= 30kg/m^2); 5. Individuals allergic to dexmedetomidine, nalbuphine, and soybean oil.

The incidence of endoscope insertion reactions during gastroenteroscopy (Endoscope insertion reactions include: choking cough, retching, opening eyes, body movement, hiccup);

Overall satisfaction with perioperative analgesia;postoperative nausea and vomiting;The number of times of improving oxygen saturation by mandibular support and the lowest value of oxygen saturation decline;The occurrence of adverse events during the operation and within 48 hours after the operation;Aspiration;recovery time;blood pressure and heart rate;
