Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent allo-HSCT at the participating centers between January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2023; 2. Donors and recipients with an age range of >=50 or <=35 years; 3. Have complete donor baseline information, transplant characteristics, and key prognostic event data (see exclusion criteria for specific requirements);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent two or more allo-HSCTs; 2. Donors and recipients in the age range of 36-49 years; 3. Patients with missing data for key variables, including: a) missing age of donor or recipient; b) Lack of diagnosis of primary disease; c) Loss of neutrophil implantation time or platelet implantation time; d) Absence of aGVHD or cGVHD occurrence;
