Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 6-18 years old; 2. Able to tolerate medium-sized general anesthesia surgery; 3. History of complete facial paralysis for more than 3 years; 4. Facial nerve electrophysiological examination has objective criteria for facial muscle atrophy: loss of nerve potential; 5. Cured or stable primary disease; 6. Patients with tremor and small muscle laughter on the healthy side.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 6 years old or greater than 18 years old; 2. Unable to tolerate large and medium-sized general anesthesia surgery; 3. The course of facial paralysis is less than 3 years; 4. Objective criteria for facial nerve electrophysiological examination without hemifacial muscle atrophy: loss of nerve potential; 5. The primary disease is unstable, and the tumor disease is stable for less than 5 years.
