Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 18 years; 2.Hold a valid nursing licence (registered nurse); 3.Capable of completing the questionnaire and willing to participate in follow-up surveys;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Trainee nurse or student nurse; 2.On leave during the investigation period; 3.Less than one year of work experience;
