Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with ALS according to the revised EL Escorial criteria meet clinically clear or laboratory-supported criteria. 2.Normal consciousness and cognitive function. 3.Inform patients and their families of the details of the study and provide signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe damage to liver, kidney and lung function. 2. Patients with mental disorders or a family history of mental illness. 3. Living alone for a long time or lack of family cooperation in care.
