Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with renal tumor and venous tumor thrombus by imaging examinations (e.g., CT, MRI) and scheduled for surgical treatment; 2. Age 18 years or older; 3. Possess adequate communication and comprehension skills to complete the scoring scale independently; 4. Voluntarily participate in the study and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other primary malignancies (e.g., lung cancer, liver cancer) that may confound quality of life assessment; 2. Presence of severe cognitive impairment, psychiatric disorders, or neurological diseases that compromise communication.
