Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Singleton pregnancy; 2.High-risk pregnant women (obese, anemic, gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes, thyroid abnormalities, etc. 3.Using umbilical artery blood as the detection indicator; 4.The blood gas analysis indicators in the umbilical cord blood of the children have complete results. 5.Pregnant women without other complications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Newborns with gestational age less than 28 weeks; 2.Newborns with abnormal conditions causing hypoxia; 3.Fetuses with congenital malformations or chromosomal abnormalities.
