Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The inclusion criteria were as follows: patients with DFUs in Wagner grade 3 or above and Texas grade 3B or above; 2. patients with partial arterial recanalization below the popliteal artery as detected by ultrasound Doppler, CT angiography, magnetic resonance angiography, or digital subtraction angiography. Among them, the prerequisites for vascular were that the superficial femoral artery and popliteal artery were unobstructed, and at least one of the anterior tibial arteries, posterior tibial artery, and the peroneal artery was unobstructed to the ankle joint plane. Most importantly, the patients agreed to undergo TTT surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with mental illness, patients diagnosed by an endocrinologist with other severe complications of diabetes, such as those with systemic infection or uncontrolled deep infection, patients with cardiovascular complications or renal failure, patients with anesthesia intolerance, patients with obstruction of the superficial femoral artery or popliteal artery, or without any arterial branch (anterior tibial, posterior tibial or peroneal artery) blood supply to the calf.
